Usage

Sensor signal cables are used for signal transmission of various sensors and instruments.

The sensor signal cable adopts a silver-plated conductor and a multi-core structure to ensure that the resistance between each core is highly consistent, and the weak power signal can be accurately transmitted hundreds of meters away.

Structure

The sensor signal cable uses tin-plated or silver-plated conductors.

The sensor signal cable has four layers of protection, namely insulation layer, shielding layer, winding layer, and sheath layer, just to ensure the accurate transmission of weak power signals.

Insulation layer: The physical and chemical properties are equivalent to the sheath layer. The sheath, shielding net and winding layer can be removed in a small environment and used as a wire alone.

Winding layer: The winding layer is a selected polymer material, mainly to prevent the shielding net from hurting the insulation layer. It also enhances the overall mechanical properties of the cable.

Shielding layer: Exquisite metal materials (using copper or tinned copper), on the one hand, to smoothly derive interference signals, extremely thin metal wires must have sufficient resistance to bending Ability to avoid metal debris from affecting other electrical equipment.

Sheath layer: Excellent mechanical properties, able to withstand high-strength metal impact and cutting. It has very high tensile strength and can withstand long-term repeated bending.

Railway signal cable

Cable direction box

 (1) Seven direction box ( HF-7 ) 

 There are 1 entrance and 7 exits, 7 terminal boards can be installed inside (up to 11 can be added), each terminal board has 7 terminals for the main cable The connection point with the branch cable.

(2) Four-way box (HF-4 ) 

  There is 1 entrance and 4 exits, 4 6-post terminal boards can be installed inside, each terminal board has 7 A terminal for the connection of the main cable and branch cable. 

Signal transformer box

 The signal transformer box can be used to connect signal equipment, the other is to place transformers and other equipment, and the third is to realize the relay and distribution of cables. It is generally used at the inbound signal, the outbound and shunting signal, and the power transmitting and receiving ends of the track circuit.  The signal transformer box has two types: XB1 and XB2. XB1 type has 4 lead-in (out) holes, 14 terminal boards can be placed inside, and each terminal board has 2 terminals. XB2 type has 5 lead-in (out) holes, 18 terminal boards can be placed inside, and each terminal board has 2 terminals.  

Terminal cable box

The terminal cable box is set at the end of the cable and is used to connect signal equipment. The terminal cable box has three types: HZ-24,  HZ-12 , and HZ0.

HZ-24 type cable box has a cable lead-in hole and a cable lead-out hole, which can be used for cable relay. A BZ4 type small transformer can be placed inside, and four 6-post terminal boards can be installed. That is, 24 terminals are connected to the device. 

HZ-12 type cable box has only one cable lead-in hole, that is, it can only enter and cannot exit. Two 6-post terminal boards can be installed inside, that is, 12 terminals, which can only be used at the end of the cable. 

HZ0 type cable box has no terminal board inside, it can only be installed at the sending and receiving end of the track circuit to realize the connection between the cable and the rail lead wire.

When choosing, you should pay attention to the number of cable cores and the number of cable protection tubes, the capacity of the built-in equipment and the terminal board.
