Choiceofclutch
Forstandardclutch,pleaserefertotheselectionofcouplingfortheselectionofitstypeandmodel.Thebasicrequirementsthatshouldbemetwhenselectingaclutchare:reliableengagement,completeseparation,rapidaction,flexibleoperation,smoothandnoimpact;simplestructure,easymanufacturing,lowcost,safework,hightransmissionefficiency,longservicelife;lightweight,smallinertia,Smallsize,strongheatdissipationcapacity,convenientadjustmentandmaintenance,etc.Infact,itisverydifficulttomeettheaboverequirementsatthesametime.Generally,theselectionshouldbemadeaccordingtotheuserequirementsandworkingconditionstoensurethemainconditionsandtakeintoaccountotherconditions.Ifthespeedislow,thetorqueislarge,theworkisreliable,andthesizeissmall,theembeddedclutchcanbeselected.Ifthespeedishigh,thejointisstable,andthemainanddrivenshaftsdonotrequirecompletesynchronousrotation,thenthefrictionclutchcanbeselected.
