InMarch2016,theSupremePeople’sCourtandtheMinistryofPublicSecurityjointlyissuedthe"OpinionsonEstablishingaWorkingMechanismforRapidInquiryInformationSharingandNetworkEnforcement,InvestigationandControlCooperation".Bothpartiesuseasafeandfastnetworkchannel——Aspeciallineforacertainprojectofthecentralpoliticalandlegalagencyhasestablishedacomprehensiveinformationsharingplatformtoformarapidinquiryandexecutioninformationandacooperativeworkmechanismforexecutioninspectionandcontrol.

Itisreportedthattheopinionsmainlyincludefiveaspectsofcollaborationcontent:First,informationsharing.TheSupremePeople'sCourtandtheMinistryofPublicSecurityshareinformationonenforcementcases,informationonuntrustworthypersonssubjecttoenforcement,andinformationonjudicialtrials;thesecondisinquiryandfeedback.TheMinistryofPublicSecurityassiststhePeople’sCourtininquiringandfeedingbacktheidentityinformationofthepersonsubjecttoenforcement,theentryandexitdocumentsofthepersonsubjecttoenforcement,entryandexitinformationofthepersonsubjecttoenforcement,theentryandexitdocumentinformationofthedefendantinthelawsuitpreservation,andthevehicleregistrationinformationofthedefendantandthedefendantinthelawsuit;Outboundrestrictions.Thepublicsecurityorgansassistthepeople’scourtsinrestrictingthepersonsubjecttoexecutionfromleavingthecountry;thefourthistoinvestigateandcontrolvehicles.Thepublicsecurityorgansassistthepeople’scourtsinfindingandfreezingvehicles;thefifthistofindthepersonsubjecttoenforcement.Thepublicsecurityorganassiststhepeople'scourtinfindingthepersonwhoisunaccountedfor.
