Industrygrowthratestaysahead
In2014,theaddedvalueofChina'selectronicinformationmanufacturingindustryabovedesignatedsizeincreasedby12.2%,whichwashigherthantheindustrialaverageof3.9inthesameperiodPercentagepoints,ranking7thamongthe41industrialindustriesinthecountry;revenueandtotalprofitsincreasedby9.8%and20.9%,whichwerehigherthantheindustrialaverageof2.8and17.6percentagepoints,accountingfor9.4%and7.8%ofthetotalindustry,respectively,anincreaseof0.3and1.2percentagepointsoverthepreviousyear.

In2014,thenumberofelectronicinformationindustryenterprisesabovedesignatedsizeinmycountryexceeded50,000,including18,700electronicinformationmanufacturingenterprises,andsoftwareAnd38,000companiesintheinformationtechnologyserviceindustry.Thetotalsalesrevenuefortheyearreached14trillionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof13%;amongthem,theelectronicinformationmanufacturingindustryachievedamainbusinessrevenueof10.3trillionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof9.8%;thesoftwareandinformationtechnologyserviceindustryachievedasoftwarebusinessrevenueof3.7Trillionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof20.2%.mycountryproducedatotalof1.63billion,350millionand140millionmobilephones,microcomputersandcolorTVsets,anincreaseof6.8%,-0.8%and10.9%respectively,accountingformorethanhalfofglobalshipments;productionofintegratedcircuits1015.5Billionyuan,anincreaseof12.4%,anincreaseof7.1percentagepointsoverthepreviousyear.
StatisticsfromtheMinistryofIndustryandInformationTechnologyshowthatfromJanuarytoJuly2015,thevalueaddedoftheelectronicinformationmanufacturingindustryabovedesignatedsizeincreasedby10.6%,4.2percentagepointsaheadoftheindustrialgrowthrate.Thevitalityofdomestic-fundedenterprisesandsmallenterpriseshasincreased,thegrowthofemergingfieldssuchasintegratedcircuits,navigationequipment,wearabledevices,andbigdataserviceshasaccelerated,andnewbreakthroughshavebeencontinuouslymadeincoretechnologies."However,itshouldalsobenotedthatmycountry'selectronicinformationindustryisinacriticalperiodoftransformationandupgrading,andthetraditionalcomparativeadvantagesaregraduallyweakened,independentinnovationcapabilitiesareinsufficient,corporatebrandinfluenceisnotstrong,internationalcompetitivenessneedstobeimproved,andotherissuesarestilloutstanding."PartygroupmemberoftheMinistryofIndustryandInformationTechnologyMoWei,directoroftheGeneralOffice,revealedthatitisnecessarytocontinuetostrengthenthefoundationoftheelectronicinformationindustryandpromoteintegrateddevelopment.Promoteintegratedandsupportingdevelopmentaroundtheindustrialchain,andstrivetopromotetheintegrationofsoftwareandhardware,theintegrationofmanufacturingandservices,andtheintegrationofnetworksandproducts.Implementthesmarthardwareactionplan,acceleratethecultivationofnewInternet-basedproducts,encouragemassentrepreneurshipandinnovation,andopenupspaceforindustrialdevelopment.
Opportunitiesfordevelopment
Fromtheperspectiveofthegovernment,theChinesegovernmenthasimplementedaproactivefiscalpolicyandamoderatelyloosemonetarypolicyinordertoresisttheadverseimpactoftheinternationaleconomicenvironmentonChina.Vigorousmeasurestoexpanddomesticdemandhavecreatedgoodopportunitiesforindustrialdevelopment.Thesearemanifestedinthefollowingtwoaspects:

HistoryofdevelopmentinGermany

1956~1975
After1956,astheFederalRepublicofGermanyformallyjoinedtheNorthAtlanticTreatyOrganizationandtheestablishmentoftheBundeswehr,anumberofmilitaryResearchinstitutionsinelectronictechnologyhavebegunresearchanddevelopmentofmilitaryelectronictechnology.Forexample,inJanuary1957,theInstituteofHighFrequencyPhysicswasestablishedwithintheNorthRhineWestphaliaResearchAssociation,theInstituteofRadioandMathematicswasestablishedin1963,theInstituteofErgonomicswasestablishedin1967,andin1974EstablishedtheInstituteofDataProcessingandModelRecognition,andtheInstituteofOptics,etc.Theseinstitutionshavemadegreatachievementsintheresearchofvariousprofessionalfieldsofmilitaryelectronictechnology.

HistoryofdevelopmentinChina

In2015,mycountry'selectronicinformationindustrythoroughlyimplementedthedecisionsanddeploymentsofthePartyCentralCommitteeandtheStateCouncil,acceleratedstructuraladjustments,andmaintainedsteadygrowthintheindustryasawhole.
1.Comprehensive
Thereare60,800electronicinformationindustryenterprisesabovedesignatedsize,including19,900electronicinformationmanufacturingenterprises,andsoftwareandinformationtechnologyservices40,900industrialenterprises.Thetotalannualsalesrevenuereached15.4trillionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof10.4%;ofwhich,theelectronicinformationmanufacturingindustryachievedamajorbusinessrevenueof11.1trillionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof7.6%;thesoftwareandinformationtechnologyserviceindustryachievedasoftwarebusinessrevenueof4.3Trillionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof16.6%.
Theaddedvalueoftheelectronicinformationmanufacturingindustryabovedesignatedsizeincreasedby10.5%,whichwas4.4percentagepointshigherthantheindustrialaverage(6.1%)inthesameperiod,andrankedfifthamongthe41industrialindustriesinthecountry;revenueandprofitThetotalamountincreasedby7.6%and7.2%respectively,higherthantheindustrialaveragelevelof6.8and9.5percentagepointsoverthesameperiod,andaccountedfor10.1%and8.8%ofthetotalindustryrespectively,anincreaseof0.7and1percentagepointfromthepreviousyear.
Intheelectronicinformationindustryabovedesignatedsize,therevenueofsoftwareandinformationtechnologyserviceindustrygrewby9percentagepointsfasterthanthatoftheelectronicinformationmanufacturingindustry,andthesoftwareindustryaccountedfor28%,anincreaseof1.4percentagepointsfromthepreviousyear.
Atotalof1.81billionand140millionmobilephonesandcolorTVswereproducedthroughouttheyear,anincreaseof7.8%and2.5%respectively.Amongthem,1.399billionand83.835millionsmartphonesandsmartTVsaccountedfor77.2%and57.9%;310millionmicrocomputerswereproduced,down10.4%year-on-year;108.72billionintegratedcircuitswereproduced,anincreaseof7.2%year-on-year.
Inthesoftwareandinformationtechnologyserviceindustry,informationtechnologyservicesachievedrevenueof2,212.3billionyuan,anincreaseof18.4%year-on-year,andthegrowthrateincreasedby1.7%overthepreviousyear.Amongthem,operating-relatedservices(includingonlinesoftwareoperationservices,platformoperationservices,infrastructureoperationservices,andotherinformationtechnologyservices)revenueincreasedby18.3%;e-commerceplatformtechnicalservices(includingonlinetransactionplatformservices,onlinetransactionsupportservices,etc.)Internalinformationtechnologysupportservices)revenueincreasedby25.1%;integratedcircuitdesignrealizedrevenueof144.9billionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof13.3%;otherinformationtechnologyservices(includinginformationtechnologyconsultinganddesignservices,systemintegration,operationandmaintenanceservices,dataservices,etc.)revenueAnincreaseof17.8%.
Second,investmentinfixedassets
Electronicinformationmanufacturingprojectsabovethedesignatedsizeofmorethan5millionyuancompletedfixedassetinvestmentof1.37753billionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof14.2%,Thegrowthrateincreasedby2.8percentagepointsoverthepreviousyear,whichwas6.5percentagepointshigherthanthegrowthrateofindustrialinvestmentinthesameperiod.
Amongthem,theelectroniccomputerindustrycompletedaninvestmentof112.15billionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof30.6%,becomingtheindustry'sfastestgrowingareaofinvestment.Theelectroniccomponents,electronicinformation,electromechanicalandspecialequipmentindustriescompletedinvestmentof2878.3and2316.3respectively.And175.08billionyuan,anincreaseof17.9%,19.6%,and13.9%,respectively.Thegrowthrateofthecommunicationsequipment,homeaudio-visualequipment,andelectronicdeviceindustrieswerealllowerthan10%;theeasternregioncompletedaninvestmentof674.853billionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof20.3%.Theregioncompletedinvestmentof427.88billionyuanand225.1billionyuan,anincreaseof8.1%and11.8%year-on-year;domestic-fundedenterprisescompletedatotalinvestmentof11.46.23billionyuan,anincreaseof14.8%year-on-year,andthegrowthratewas0.6percentagepointshigherthantheaveragelevel,accountingfor83.2%.Increasedby1percentagepointlastyear.
Therewere9614newprojectsintheelectronicinformationmanufacturingindustryover5millionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof19.8%,andthegrowthratewas18.8percentagepointshigherthanthepreviousyear.Amongthem,thenumberofnewlystartedprojectsinthecommunicationsequipmentindustryincreasedby32.7%,theelectroniccomputerindustryincreasedby35.9%,theelectroniccomponentindustryincreasedby20.6%,andtheelectronicinformationelectromechanicalindustryincreasedby24.4%.Intermsofregions,Jiangsuisstillthemostconcentratedareaofnewlystartedprojects.Thenumberofnewlystartedprojectsincreasedby18.2%year-on-year,16.1percentagepointshigherthanthesameperiodlastyear.NewlystartedprojectsinZhejiang,Guangdong,andAnhuiProvinceincreasedby13.4%,4.8%and45.3%respectively.
3.Domesticmarket
Electronicinformationmanufacturingindustryabovedesignatedsizeachievedsalesoutputvalueof11329.46billionyuan,ofwhichdomesticsalesoutputvaluewas6169.5billionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseof17.3%.17.4percentagepointshigherthantheexportdeliveryvalue;domesticsalesaccountedformorethanhalfofthesalesoutputvalue(54.5%),anincreaseof4.6percentagepointsoverthepreviousyear.
