(2)Innercirculation:Innercirculationadoptsreversertorealizeballcirculation.Therearetwotypesofreverser.Cylindricalconvexkeyreverser,itscylindricalpartisembeddedinthenut,andtheendisprovidedwithareversegroove.Thereversegrooveispositionedbythecylindricaloutersurfaceandtheroundkeyontheupperendtoensurethealignmentofthethreadracewaydirection.Oblateinsertreverser,thereverserisageneralroundheadflatkeyinsert,theinsertisembeddedintheslotofthenut,andtheendisopenedwithareversegroove,whichispositionedbytheoutercontouroftheinsert.Comparingthetwoinverters,thelatterhasasmallersize,whichreducestheradialsizeofthenutandshortenstheaxialsize.However,theoutercontourofthiskindofreverserandthedimensionalaccuracyoftheslotonthenutarerequiredtobehigh.

Precautionsforuse
Whenusingtheballscrewpair,payattentiontothefollowing:
1.Therollingnutshouldmovewithintheeffectivestroke,ifnecessaryLimitsarearrangedatbothendsofthestroketopreventthenutfromovertravelingawayfromthescrewshaftandcausingtheballtofalloff.
2.Duetothehightransmissionefficiencyoftheballscrewpair,itcannotbeself-locking.Whenusedforverticaltransmission,iftheweightofthecomponentisnotbalanced,itmustbepreventedthatthetransmissionstopsorthemotorlosespower.Self-weightreversetransmission,anti-reversetransmissionmethodcanbeusedturbinescrewdrive,hydraulicelectricbrakeandoverrunningclutch,etc.
